May is Older Americans Month
Older adults play vital, positive roles in our communities. They are our family members, friends, mentors, volunteers, civic leaders, members of the workforce, and more. Just as every person in unique, so too is how they age and how they chose to do it. There is no “right” way! That is why the theme for this year’s Older Americans Month is Aging Unbound. It is an opportunity for everyone to explore the many ways older adults can remain in and be involved in their communities.
