City staff took into consideration feedback from the community, recommendations from Kimley-Horn, as well as current affordable housing trends, and have finalized the updated Affordable Housing Ordinance and Guidelines draft. Now we would like to hear input from the community.
If you would like to provide comments on the final draft, you may do so by emailing maried@cityofbrea.net by 12:00 p.m. on June 1, 2023. The updated Affordable Housing Ordinance and Guidelines final draft is scheduled to be presented to the Planning Commission on June 13, 2023, where the public will also have an opportunity to provide comments during the Public Hearing.
