The Brea Health Fair is designed to provide valuable information on a variety of senior-related topics, plus health and wellness screenings. Join over 80 local and regional senior service providers on to provide health screenings, wellness products, medical resources, financial and insurance information, senior living options, and much, much more.
Over 600 baby-boomers, seniors, and caregivers attend this popular event each year. Flu shots, food samples, and nutrition information, along with numerous health screening stations will be available for quick well-being checkups.
Fill out a registration form here. Completed forms can be mailed or submitted at the Brea Senior Center. Contact the Brea Senior Center at (714) 990-7752 or email HealthFair@cityofbrea.net for information on the upcoming event. All submissions will be subject to approval due to the limited number of vendor spaces available. Registration deadline is September 28, 2018.
