Mayor Parker and Mayor Pro Tem Marick have decided to postpone consideration of the proposed Public Assembly Ordinance #1201, which had been scheduled for the February 6, 2018 Brea City Council meeting. Council Member Vargas is unable to attend the February 6 meeting and given the importance of this matter, they felt it is essential to have the full City Council hear public comment, review the revised ordinance, and deliberate. The ordinance will be on the February 20 City Council meeting agenda.
Interested parties have been consulted and notified of the postponement.
