The Administrative Services Department provides a wide range of services to both residents and internal staff. The department consists of many divisions, including:

Transient Occupancy Tax

Hotels and motels must report and remit their Transient Occupancy Taxes by the last day of the month following the close of each period. They also must report any exemptions to their Transient Occupancy Tax by completing the Transient Occupancy Tax Exemption Form each period.

Print the Transient Occupancy Tax Report and Transient Occupancy Tax Exempt Form (if applicable) and mail it with your check or money order payable to The City of Brea. Mail the completed form to:

Vendor Electronic Payment Application
