California Senate Bill 998 (SB 998) requires that no later than February 1, 2020, all public agencies providing residential water service in California have a written policy that addresses the discontinuation of water services. The policy can be viewed in English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Korean. It is also available in writing upon request.
