What is the Brea Movement?
The Brea Movement is an effective, results-driven, outdoor exercise program designed for all fitness levels. Experience a unique, total-body workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as joint mobility and stability. Improve your quality of life, and overall level of fitness no matter where you start. The Brea Movement delivers personal training on a wide scale and each day has a focus meant to compliment the next. “Don’t Wish For it…Work For It!”
Fees
Unlimited Monthly Classes: $87 (resident) / $91 (non-resident)
Student Monthly Classes: $53 (resident) / $55 (non-resident)
Drop-in Rate: $15 (resident) / $17 (non-resident)

Please note, must be at least 14 years old to participate and school ID is required to qualify for student monthly rate. Proof of Brea residency (work, live, school) required to qualify for resident rate.
