Zumba Now Part of Group Fitness Program
A fusion of Latin and International music are combined with dance and fitness moves to create this dynamic and effective cardiovascular workout. Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Hip Hop, Flamanco, Calypso, Samba and Belly Dance all in one workout. There is no extra charge for this class.
