Medi Cal & Food Stamp Assistance

Appointments are available with a representative from Orange County Social Services Agency each Wednesday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. New clients receive personal attention with applications for Medi Cal or Food Stamps. On-site processing is available in English or Spanish. Appointments are recommended. Contact us via email at FRC@cityofbrea.net or call (714) 990-7150. 

Those eligible to receive Medi-Cal benefits are:

  • Families with children under 21 
  • Persons under 21 years of age 
  • Pregnant women 
  • Blind and disabled persons 
  • Persons 65 years and over 
  • Refugees

Don't let your family's needs go unmet! There is also information available through the Family Resource Center regarding healthcare insurance for children. If you, or someone you know, could use some assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
