Park Development Fees
Park Development Fees are charged for new development to fund park development and improvement. Charges are determined based on the number and type of residential units being constructed. Select the table which contains the housing type you're interested in, enter the number of units and click the "Estimate" button. This fee is just an estimate. Your exact fee will be determined at the time you apply for permits.
