I love TRX! The TRX workout has improved my strength, tightened by body, and improved my flexibility. My favorite part is how my body feels when we have finished. TRX incorporates a tremendous stretching component that relieves those aches and pains and makes me feel energized. The small group instruction allows me to have that personal training feeling and I am assured a great workout while being challenged and encouraged by not only the instructor (who’s amazing) but the group of people who I have the privilege of working out with. Each class gives me an opportunity to meet my individual goals, reach further, and train harder. I never have to force myself to attend this class, but look forward to it!

I was addicted to TRX instantly! TRX is unique, challenging, and efficient working multiple areas of the body for maximum results. Not only is it a challenging, but fun and exciting. If you want to try something new to shock your body, this is it! I look forward to Melissa's workouts every week and the everlasting results that are both visible and mental.

The TRX class is very challenging and has taken my workout to a new level. It is amazing how this class can target strength, balance, and stability! There is no doubt that every muscle is working at its optimal level. I notice the progress at each class!

I have been doing TRX since February and let me tell you that no other exercise routine or trainer has gotten me in the shape I am now! It is amazing what TRX has done for my body and mind.
