General Information
How to Book an Appointment
A convenient 24-hour personal training line can be reached by calling 714-990-7170. Calls will be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday, if not immediately. Please make sure to leave your name, phone number, and convenient days or times you are available to meet with your trainer. You can also contact Julie Smith at 714-990-7740 for any questions or concerns you may have.  You will be matched with a personal trainer who will then call you directly to set up an appointment. All further appointments are made directly with your trainer.

Personal training is meant for people of all ages, shapes and sizes, abilities and limitations, and fitness levels. All clients must have a membership or pay the daily drop in fee. Some clients will be required to obtain a physician’s release prior to the first session. The personal trainer will determine if a release is required.

What to Expect
Upon arrival to the Brea Fitness Center, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and checked in at the front counter. All payments will be made directly to the front counter attendant. You will be provided with a ticket to present to your trainer as proof of payment.

Each client will receive an assessment that includes a minimum of weight, body composition, and circumferences. Your trainer will also discuss goals and coach you how to reach those goals.

All exercise programs are based on the client’s goals, fitness level, and limitations and will be personalized to meet those needs.

Making the decision to work with a personal trainer is one of the most valuable investments one will make. The Brea Fitness Center Personal Training program has options for everyone. Buy one session at a time or purchase a package of 5 to 20 sessions and save. We also offer half hour sessions as well as group sessions and classes.

Personal Training Sessions
The Brea Fitness Center personal trainers develop exercise programs that will help each client reach their goals. Depending on the client’s preference, a combination of cardiovascular training and resistance training will be incorporated into the sessions. Each session may include exercises utilizing free weights, bands, tubes, Bosu Ball, exercise ball, medicine balls, resistance machines, and any combination thereof. Proper form and execution is highly emphasized to maintain safety.
