Film Permit
Live performances need to be presented in an appropriate venue with the required permit. Film crews are required to have a permit before filming anywhere in the City of Brea. Community Development
Fire Permit Application           Fire Permit Applications must be submitted in person with 3 hard copies of plans and 1 electronic copy. The electronic copy must be in PDF Format. We accept check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Each permit paid by check needs to have separate checks. (Example: 3 permits is 3 separate checks)

Request for Incident Report Form           This form is for requesting an incident report with the Brea Fire Department. It can be submitted via mail. fax, or dropped of at the Civic Center on the 2nd floor.

Overnight Parking Permit    
Annual parking permits are intended to relieve parking situations. A permit may be obtained for any operable vehicle that needs to be parked overnight on the street in front of the residence.     Community Development / Building and Safety
Notice Inviting Qualified Bidders        
The Public Works Department invites interested contractors to be placed on the City of Brea Qualified Contractor list, designed so contractors can receive "Notice Inviting Bids" for informal projects under $175,000 in their work category, per California Public Contract Code Section 22034. Only qualified contractors will be notified. Contractors must first complete and submit the following documents: a Pre-qualification Application and a Responsible Bidder Supplemental Questionnaire.
