Stay Healthy With Exercise
Brea seniors, it's never too late to start exercising for your health and well being. Did you know you can participate in a variety of free classes at Pioneer Hall designed just for you? Exercise at your own pace in comfortable surroundings, while meeting new friends.

Ongoing Fitness Classes

Better Balance

Mondays
10 - 11:50 a.m.
Better Balance is specifically designed to improve movement and balance control and help prevent falls, sustain independence, reduce joint and muscle pain, increase strength, flexibility and stamina. Participants of any level are welcome. By Older Adults Program

Health & Wellness Exercise Class
Tuesdays, 10 - 11:50 a.m.
Thursdays, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Exercise every part of the body by using a variety of standing and sitting exercises with some modified aerobics. Each class has a variety of exercises with music. By Older Adults Program.

Hula Fitness
Tuesday, October 11
11 - 11:45 a.m.
Exercise the Hula Way! Enjoy a variety of exercises with music. By Hula Kat.

 
Line Dancing Class

Mondays
1 - 3 p.m.
The first half hour is dedicated for beginners to learn the basics of line dancing. Come energize your mind and feet!

Longevity Stick Balance Class
Wednesdays, 9 - 10 a.m.
Fridays, 10 - 11 a.m.
The Longevity Stick regimen incorporates a series of 12 movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, mental focus, breathing capacity and vitality.

Table Tennis
Every Tuesday through Thursday
1 - 4 p.m.
Resident quarterly fee - $16, Non-resident quarterly fee - $26
The club is dedicated to health through exercise and improved flexibility in a welcoming and friendly environment. Players of all levels are welcome.

Tai Chi for Every Body
Mondays, 8:30 - 10 a.m.
Fridays, 8:30 - 10 a.m.
This ancient Chinese exercise will help your body's joints and muscles, develop your concentration, memory, and improve your balance and ability to relax.

Discover a new, challenging and fluid form of Tai Chi.

Yoga Class
Tuesdays
8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Join us each Tuesday for a low-impact yoga class. All levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own mat. 

Zumba® Gold
Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Fridays, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
These fitness classes are great for those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Zumba Gold modifies the Zumba formula to suit the needs of the active older participant by bringing exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; in an invigorating, party-like atmosphere.
