TRX Suspension Training

Circuit Sport Training

TRX suspension training is a state-of-the-art fitness program that will change the way you train. Its revolutionary method of training uses leveraged body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability all at once. This upbeat workout combines TRX with cardio drills designed for all fitness levels. For more information, call 714-990-7101. The classes are taught by the following certified instructors:

Melissa Gifford, AFAA, TRX Certified Instructor

Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

$10 Drop-in
