Michael DuraldeCertifications: American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Instructor

Michael Duralde, ACE-CPT, TRX Certified Instructor, currently is the head trainer for the Brea Movement,  teaches group fitness classes, TRX suspension training classes, and is a personal trainer at the Brea Community Center. Michael works with individuals of all ages and activity levels. His core strength is sport-specific training and he will incorporate a sports-minded approach into all fitness regiments. He helps individuals accomplish their fitness goals through positive encouragement and motivation. Michael will help you work longer, harder and give more so you can accomplish your fitness goals. Michael played a variety of competitive sports throughout his life and his passion for athletics has carried on into the fitness world.
