The Weekend Warrior, a 4-week progressive series, blends martial arts & fitness. Jennifer Scrofini, a black belt in Shaolin Kung-Fu, will introduce participants to Bo staff drills & combinations utilizing the TRX Rip Trainer, focus pads & kicking bags.
